This beautiful bonnet is quick and easy to make - you’ll want to make one for every stage of your little one’s toddlerhood! This pattern is simple to follow (perfect for one you have little ones around) and suitable for boys and girls.

Knitting with two strands of DK yarn makes this quick to knit and the triple rib stitch gives the bonnet the characteristic chunkiness and extra warmth. The point at the top gives this bonnet whimsical charm and the stretchy sides will not only keep baby’s ears and cheeks warm but provide room for baby to grow, making this sweet bonnet both stylish and practical.

Sizing

This pattern is broken into 5 different sizes, catering for newborns through to 4-year-olds.

The bonnet is knitted flat on two needles and seamed up the back.
