Ordering dates for Christmas delivery are as follows:

USA & Canada: 6th of December

AUSTRALIA

NSW, ACT, VIC, SA & QLD | 18th of December

Shipping Information

Shipping & local pickup

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. For more information on the sustainable packaging we use, visit this page.

Local Pickup is available from our studio in Noosaville. This service is free of charge and has no order minimum requirements - simply select this option at checkout!

Adding Traditional Place Names

To add the Traditional Place Name name to your shipping label simply include it as Address Line 1 at checkout and we'll make sure it's included on your address label.

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Available options for the items in your cart will display automatically at checkout.

Standard Post | Fully trackable

Express Post | Fully trackable, the fastest option available. All orders are processed in the order in which we receive them - choosing Express Post doesn't mean your parcel will be packed ahead of others. It does mean your parcel will arrive more quickly once it's with Australia Post.

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. The turn around time varies depending on the volume received at any one time, but most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. At very busy times (i.e during a sale or special event), it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped.

Recyclable packaing

We use cardboard shipping boxes and Kraft gift boxes for your orders and kits.

Compostable Satchels

Our satchels feature reusable tabs, are 100% plastic free and can be composted at home.

Location

We're located in Noosa, on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. Local Pick Up orders can be collected from our studio at 4c 11a Venture Drive, Noosaville (you'll receive a notification when your order is ready).
