Harvest Collection | Rare Breed Woollen Spun
Rare Breed. Hand Dyed. Limited Edition.
Introducing the Harvest Collection.
Hand dyed in South Australia by Circus Tonic exclusively for Say! Little Hen. This special non-superwash yarn is made from 75% Merino and 25% Arapawa.
Arapawa is a Rare Breed Sheep from New Zealand. The naturally dark fleece adds a depth and richness to the yarn.
Woollen spun in small batches, this unique yarn is soft and plump. Woollen spun yarn is lightweight and lofty, lending itself beautifully to colourwork projects.
The Harvest Collection can be used as 4ply/fingering weight or 5ply/sport weight. The nature of woollen spun yarns makes for a very flexible yarn in terms of gauge!
Perfect for both knitting and crocheting.
This yarn comes in a skein, it will need to be wound into a ball before knitting. You can do that yourself or have it done before shipping with the ball winding service here.
