'Chook' is an Australian word for chicken, with chicken owners calling out "here chook, chook" to bring the flock to them. Chickens hold a special place in my heart after owning a rather large backyard flock.

Mug cosies are such a practical but pretty way to keep your tea or coffee warm. This is an excellent project to practice your colour work on as it's a quick, satisfying knit. They also make wonderful gifts.! The wool keeps your tea (or coffee) beautifully warm, and also shows off the colourwork to its best. This cosy fits a standard-sized mug.

Please note: You'll receive the pattern to make the mug cosy shown in the first photograph. Marshmallow Bunny mug cosy pattern not included, shown for styling purposes only and available to purchase separately here.

This mug cosy is knitted flat. The pattern is a combination of written and charted instructions - tips are included for working from a colourwork chart if you've never done so before.
Stitches used are knit & purl.
