Our Sock of the Month Club is designed to grow your skills. Each month, we'll select a gorgeous sock pattern, focusing on different techniques, and pair it with the perfect yarn.
March Project
In March, we're knitting Pressed Flowers Socks by Amy Christoffers. We've had a collection of squishy merino sock yarn purposely designed for this pattern!
This pattern isperfect for sock knitters of all skill levels. Knit cuff down with a fun, addictive mosaic colourwork pattern. Mosaic colourwork is simpler than stranded as you only use 1 colour per row, slipping stitches to create the pattern. This sock also features an afterthought heel and uses gauge to create different sizes. This one is really fun and packed with learning opportunities, so you can really grow your skills!
About this class
- Each month we'll select a different sock pattern. These will be chosen for a variety of techniques and skill levels. (It's up to you if you want to keep up with the pattern each month ~ if you're still knitting last month's pattern, no stress!).
- You'll try new techniques, grow your skills and kick your sock-knitting goals!
- A friendly, welcoming atmosphere, no matter your skill level
- Guidance & support on techniques if required (please note if in-depth tuition is required, you'll need to book a private lesson)
- Heaps of fun, new knitting friends and a stack of hand-knit socks by the end of the year!
