Sock Knitting Club

Do you love knitting socks? Or are you keen to try them but feeling a bit nervous?

I’m so excited to present our Sock Knitting Club held at our Noosa Studio. Come together with a group of like-minded makers and explore the creative world of hand-knit socks!

November/December Project

For our final Club of 2025, we're combining November & December together. We're knitting Home Grown socks by Australian designer Jessica Gore. These gorgeous socks are perfect for all sock knitters with the choice between cuff-down or toe-up construction! Featuring easy textured stitches and super simple lace, you also have two heel types to choose from! You'll have the option to knit these socks in our Onion Nettle Sock yarn or hand dyed yarn ~ please note the kit is separate and will need to be purchased in-store on the day.

  • You're new to knitting socks and would like the accountability and support that our regular Sock Knitting Club meet-up will provide
  • You're a seasoned Sock Knitter with Big Sock Knitting goals ~ this group will grow your skills and keep you on track with regular meet-ups! Your hand-knit sock drawer will be full in no time!
  • Each month we'll select a different sock pattern. These will be chosen for a variety of techniques and skill levels. (It's up to you if you want to keep up with the pattern each month ~ if you're still knitting last month's pattern, no stress!).
  • You'll try new techniques, grow your skills and kick your sock-knitting goals!
  • A friendly, welcoming atmosphere, no matter your skill level
  • Guidance & support on techniques if required (please note if in-depth tuition is required, you'll need to book a private lesson)
  • Heaps of fun, new knitting friends and a stack of hand-knit socks by the end of the year!
