A beautiful Australian-made, woollen spun yarn.
The Fae Collection by Fibre Arts Shed is a beautiful woollen-spun yarn. This non-superwash yarn has a pleasant, subtle 'sheepy' smell to it and feels beautiful to work with. Woollen-spun yarn is lightweight and lofty, with plump stitches that nestle into each other beautifully. Sitting in the 4ply/fingering weight category, the nature of woollen spun yarn makes this very versatile. You can also use it as a sports weight/5ply yarn.
High Fae: The original in the collection. This soft yarn has a subtle pink undertone and is flecked throughout with all kinds of colours and threads from the Sari Silk.
Water Fae: The newest colour to the collection. This soft yarn uses the same base as High Fae, flecked throughout with vibrant blue/purple Sari Silk.
Perfect for both knitting and crochet.
This yarn comes in a skein, it will need to be wound into a ball before knitting. You can do that yourself or have it done before shipping with the ball winding service here.
