'Chook' is an Australian word for chicken, with chicken owners calling out "here chook, chook" to bring the flock to them. Chickens hold a special place in my heart after owning a rather large backyard flock.
Mug cosies are such a practical but pretty way to keep your tea or coffee warm. This is an excellent project to practice your colour work on as it's a quick, satisfying knit. They also make wonderful gifts!
