On the weekend a wonderful day was had in Bellingen with the loveliest group of knitters. The Magic Looping workshop was yet another popular sold-out workshop, and I couldn't have asked for a more gorgeous group of students.

To teach the Magic Loop technique I used my Cherry Pie Beret pattern, and once everyone had a handle on knitting in-the-round, thoughts were turned to making bobbles - a first for almost everyone there.

Along with a whole day of knitting, there was much chatter and laughter and the most delicious lunch and afternoon tea catered by our lovely venue Cedar Bar & Kitchen. I was pleased that everyone left smiling and with a good amount of knitting on their needles.

I'm looking forward to teaching the remaining four workshops for the year - the next in August, a 2-part beginner's course.

If you'd like to attend one of our workshops, you can view them here.
