Payment & Returns Policies


You can checkout securely with your credit/debit card using either Stripe or PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can also log in and use your PayPal balance.

If you require assistance putting your order together we can also take orders and payment over the phone via credit/debit card (please email us to arrange a time for this - note: Australian & New Zealand orders only).

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Refunds & Returns

Digital Items

Due to the nature of digital and downloadable products, refunds (either partial or full), cancellations or exchanges are not available on any of the digital products in this store, under any circumstances. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

Physical Items

Say! Little Hen is proud of the fact that our parcels are hand packed with diligence and care, and that only the best quality items are available in store. Each item in your parcel has been personally inspected before packaging to ensure it meets this high-quality standard.

Faulty/Damaged Items
If you find your item/s to be faulty upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via the contact form or direct email (the address is provided on the card with your order). We will respond ASAP to resolve your problem.
In the case of damaged item/s you will be asked to provide a photograph of the item(s) in question - to speed the process up it is recommended that you include photographs in your first email.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Refunds, returns or exchanges cannot be given for change of mind. Please choose thoughtfully.

If you are unhappy with your item/s upon receipt, please contact us to discuss eligibility for an exchange.
If eligible for an exchange, customers will need to pay for the return shipping of the item/s to us and the shipping for the new item back to them.
We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing.

Once the item/s are received back to Say! Little Hen, we will process the refund/credit note/exchange within 7-10 business days. The refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order.

Please note: Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We do not process returns after 14 days of purchase.

Say! Little Hen cannot be held responsible for item/s lost during transit.
If your parcel does go missing do contact us and we will do our best to locate it and resolve the issue with Australia Post.
