Peckish (the little hen) Knit-Along | Join the KAL

Posted by Sarah Price on

Like all of my knit-alongs this one is designed to be inspiring and FUN! Peckish doesn’t take very long to make but I’ve given us lots of time for the KAL so that there is no pressure and you can just enjoy your knitting (because life happens!).

No matter where you are in the world please come join the KAL - I can’t wait to see your Peckish!

Dates:
★ You can join the KAL from today until the 3rd of April.

We cast-on on 4th of April.

★ The KAL finishes on the 27th of April, just after Anzac Day (giving us a little over 3 weeks).

The Peckish Parade & KAL Prize draw is on the 28th of April.

How to join:
We're making Peckish, so you need a copy of the pattern to join the KAL. There are two ways to do this.

★ Option A ★

Just purchase the pattern - it’s available in the shop and on Ravelry

★ Option B ★

Get a kit as well - purchase a kit & the pattern at the same time and receive 20% off the pattern at checkout (automatically).
This option is only valid on the website (however, if you would really like a copy of the pattern in your Ravelry library just let me know!)

★ After doing either option A or B, there's one tiny thing left to do...

Get social
Come join the KAL Facebook group! Whether new to the group or not, come introduce yourself - maybe you could share the colours you’re knitting your Peckish in? Sometimes, I also put little videos on techniques up in the FB group during KALs.

You can also join in on Instagram by posting with #saylittlehenkal.

Prizes! (and how to be in the draw)
To be in the KAL prize draw you need to share a photo of your finished Peckish by midnight, 27th of April. You can do this by posting in the FB group, posting on IG with the tag #saylitlehenkal or emailing a photo to me at saylittlehen@gmail.com.

The prize will be 100g of yarn and a few other goodies from the shop, a bundle valued over $50.

★ The best fun of a KAL is seeing everyone’s projects, so don’t be shy! Get sharing from start to finish. At the end of the KAL, I’ll be putting everyone’s work onto the blog in the Peckish Parade. It’s going to be awesome!
