This is a simple design that's a lot of fun to create. The jumper is knitted in-the-round from the bottom up and has an easy Fair Isle design across the body and sleeves. You can also knit the jumper in one colour (without any Fair Isle) for gorgeous results. These make lovely little decorations for your knitting area or Christmas tree.

If you're nervous about garment knitting, why not knit this mini? It's constructed in a similar way to many jumpers knitted from the bottom-up.

Techniques used: Magic looping, stranded colourwork (Fair Isle), knit, purl, simple shaping with decreases.

The Mini Jumper is a very quick knit. Like all of my patterns, the instructions are written clearly in an easy-to-follow format. The instructions are written with two charts for the colour work - one for the sleeve and one for the jumper.

This pattern is knitted in-the-round.
You’ll need to be comfortable knitting in-the-round using the Magic Loop method to knit this jumper. (I use the Magic Loop method throughout for ease of working on tiny circumferences, such as the sleeve). Instructions are included for working from the colourwork chart.
